At Astro Crafts, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle shipping, delivery timelines, and related information for all orders placed on astrocrafts.in.

2. Serviceable Locations

  • We currently ship PAN India only.

  • Orders can be delivered to most major cities and towns across India subject to courier coverage.

  • If your pin code is not serviceable, we will inform you and may cancel the order with a full refund.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within [1–2 business days] after successful payment confirmation.

  • During festivals, sales, or special promotions, processing time may be slightly longer.

  • Orders with customization or special instructions may require additional processing time.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro cities: approximately [2-4 business days] after dispatch

Please note that these are estimated timelines. Actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, or other factors beyond our control.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping may be available above a certain order value (for example, above ₹799) as mentioned on the Site or at checkout.

  • For orders below the free shipping threshold, a standard shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before payment.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for eligible pin codes and order values as shown at checkout.

  • We may place limits on COD orders based on value, location, or risk analysis.

  • In case of repeated COD order refusals or suspected misuse, we reserve the right to disable COD for that customer or address.

7. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, a tracking ID and courier details will be shared via email and/or SMS/WhatsApp.

  • You can track your order status using the provided tracking link until delivery.

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address, pin code, and contact details are accurate.

  • We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • If the shipment is returned due to address issues, reshipping charges may apply.

9. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners usually make [3] delivery attempts.

  • If you are unavailable, they may contact you using the provided phone number.

  • If all attempts fail, the shipment may be returned to us. Additional charges may apply for re‑delivery.

10. Delays and Force Majeure

While we aim to meet stated timelines, delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, lockdowns, strikes, regulatory checks). In such cases, we will coordinate with the courier to get your order delivered as soon as possible.

11. Damaged Packages

If the external package appears tampered with or damaged:

  • Please do not accept the parcel or

  • Accept it and immediately record an unboxing video and photos before opening
