Return Policy:

• Returns are applicable within 7 days and only apply to defective, damaged, or incorrect products in unused condition with original packaging
• Free return pickup available in most Indian cities

Exchange:

• You can exchange for another size, design, or different product of equal or higher value
• Difference will be charged or refunded accordingly

How to Initiate Return:

1. Send us at Support@Astrocraft.in with your order number
2. We will arrange free pickup
3. Store Credit equivalent to the value of the returned item(s) will be issued to your account instead of a refund to the original payment method.
   

Exceptions: Custom/engraved pieces and sale items (marked as final sale) are not eligible for return.

• Remove before bathing, swimming, or applying perfume/chemicals
• Avoid direct sunlight for long periods (especially for crystals)
• Store in the soft pouch provided or a dry, clean place

Weekly Energy Recharge:

• Place under moonlight for 2–3 hours on full moon night
• Gently wipe with a soft dry cloth
• You can also keep it near a burning camphor or incense for a few minutes

For Rudraksha & Karungali:

• Never soak in water
• If it becomes dull, lightly apply pure mustard oil with a soft cloth

For Pyrite & Gemstone Bracelets:

• Clean with a dry microfiber cloth only
• Avoid salt water or harsh cleaners
